Aperture: 0.70</strong></p><p>Objective for studying samples with polarized light, whether transmitted or reflected. When manufacturing lenses for polarizing objectives, internal stresses are avoided so that the optics do not produce birefringence or affect the observation.</p><p>The MAGUS SFR50 50x has a resolution limit of 0.39µm. It is designed for an infinity-corrected optical system at a parfocal distance of 45 mm. It is not necessary to cover the sample with a coverslip for observation. A plan achromatic objective corrects aberrations: chromatic in the red and blue colors, spherical in the green, and geometric for 90% of the image area. The objective provides a wide and sharp field of view. It is suitable for use with a system that has a digital camera or wide-field eyepieces with a 22 mm field of view. A 10x/22 mm eyepiece will provide a field of view of 0.44 mm. The image will be equally sharp at the center and edges. A useful microscope magnification for this objective will be between 350x and 700x. To obtain the necessary magnification, use eyepieces with a magnification of 7x to 15x. Eyepieces with lower magnification will not allow for effective examination of the sample.
